Delivery Zones & Prices

Four major zones

We deliver anywhere in Australia indicated on this map. Our delivery charges are based on four major zones within Australia. Deliverys on public holidays will be delivered next working day.

Our own immediate zone is Metro Melbourne. Most Areas within 40ks of the City, Standard delivery costs $12 same day for orders before 10am. Express delivery same day costs $25 for orders received before 2pm.

Our $15 blue zone, as indicated on the map, includes destinations in South Australia and southern New South Wales as well as Victoria outside Melbourne.

At $16.50 our gold zone covers destinations in northern NSW, southern Queensland, and Tasmania. 

Our pink zone stretches to destinations in northern Queensland and Perth.

Delivery times

Metro Melbourne — Same day or next day depending on order time and cost (see above).

Blue zone — Next day delivery if booked before 1.30pm. Otherwise allow one day from despatch.

Gold zone — Allow two to three days.

Pink zone — Allow up to 8 days

Despatch and Tracking

We use Capital Transport to deliver in Melbourne. They are a point-to-point courier company. We email you with the delivery details when the gift is despatched.

We use Fastway Couriers to deliver to Victoria and to other states. You can track your gift with online Track and Trace. We will email you a label number after your order is received. Go to www.fastway.com.au and click on the link Track a Parcel in the menu bar on the left side panel. The Track and Trace screen appears. Enter your LABEL NUMBER click on CLICK HERE TO START TRACE. The result of your search will be displayeed on your screen (scroll down to view the whole screen). If you need to search for another parcel/satchel, click on CLICK HERE TO CLEAR TRACE and repeat step 3.
